Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between current processes and desired future states and propose strategies to bridge those gaps.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure successful implementation of new systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
