In this pivotal role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions drive real value and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical specifications.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
- Develop detailed process maps, user stories, and use case documentation using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and QA engineers to ensure successful system implementation and user acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Evaluate third-party systems and tools to determine their suitability for our organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
