Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop detailed process maps, use cases, and data models using Visio or similar tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet business goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools and UML modeling.
