Are you an analytical thinker looking for a schedule that gives you your weekdays back? Memphis Analytics Partners is looking for a dedicated Business Analyst to join our weekend operations team. In this role, you will drive process improvement and ensure our weekend projects run smoothly without the chaos of the standard Monday-Friday rush.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear business objectives and scope.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Create detailed business process models, flowcharts, and functional specifications using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate with software developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between current state processes and desired future state workflows.
- Manage project documentation and maintain a repository of business requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience working in a weekend shift or rotational schedule environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
