Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to identify business requirements, processes, and system needs.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and clear documentation for technical teams.
- Design and maintain business process models and flowcharts using Visio or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to recommend improvements to operational workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption of new systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle from discovery to implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the standard schedule.
