Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high retention rates and overall account health.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, product, and support teams to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on client trends and satisfaction metrics.
- Develop and implement tailored client success strategies to drive long-term value for our partners.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure all client data is up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
