Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
- Create detailed User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flowcharts using Visio and JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to management regarding progress and risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) and documentation software (Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable steps.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
