Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear business objectives.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze current business processes and identify gaps for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create process maps, wireframes, and data models using standard tools.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
