Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and meetings to ensure alignment between business units and IT.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
