Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Translate complex business needs into functional user stories and technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and target state requirements.
- Design and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to define project scope and deliverables.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
