Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and requirements
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate business needs
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired state
- Prepare and present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Proven stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable for El Paso market
