Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven experience leading weekend/hybrid shift teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Asana
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
