Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including flowcharts, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop data models and visualizations to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure solution efficacy
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership
- Coordinate with IT teams for seamless solution deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience in financial services industry highly desirable
