Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks while maintaining stakeholder transparency
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and project outcomes
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Facilitate client communication and manage expectations throughout project milestones
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development or IT
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to lead diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on aggressive timelines
