Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder communications across executive, technical, and client teams
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget adherence
- Mentor junior PMs and foster continuous improvement in team processes
- Utilize JIRA, MS Project, and Asana for tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with SaaS implementations
- PMP or CPM certification required (Scrum Master preferred)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and under budget
- Expertise in risk management methodologies and change control processes
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Experience with cloud migration and DevOps transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
