Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation models, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement PMO best practices using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Stakeholder management: communicate progress, manage expectations, and present to executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of managing complex software development projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
