Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of $5M+ technology projects from conception to delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, and government agencies
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations
- Drive digital transformation initiatives for federal clients
- Present executive-level progress reports to C-suite leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS or public sector projects
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven success managing $3M+ budgets and 20+ person teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
