Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle project management from initiation through closure for enterprise-level IT initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, and stakeholders
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Present executive-level status updates and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/digital transformation
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven success managing budgets over $500K and teams of 10+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
