Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for weekend-based technology initiatives in Denver
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) across time zones
- Execute Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence proficiency
- Manage project budgets, risks, and resource allocation for weekend sprints
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting during weekend hours
- Implement continuous improvement processes for weekend project workflows
- Mentor junior project managers and team members on weekend best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift work
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Proven track record of delivering tech projects in regulated industries
- Exceptional communication skills for weekend stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
