Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through data modeling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and user stories
- Create dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate solutions against business objectives through UAT coordination
- Maintain traceability matrix for requirements and testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with financial services industry preferred
