Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources across weekend shifts
- Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives) for weekend team members
- Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting during off-peak hours
- Identify and mitigate project risks specific to weekend operations
- Mentor weekend team members on project management methodologies
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards during weekend coverage
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for weekend-critical milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with weekend shifts
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead remote teams across time zones
