- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows for weekend team collaboration
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
- Drive post-project reviews and process optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success in managing enterprise software development projects
- Expertise in resource allocation for distributed weekend teams
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Smartsheet
