Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities for weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Utilize SQL and Power BI to generate actionable insights from operational datasets
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support system implementations and UAT for weekend-critical applications
- Monitor KPIs and develop improvement strategies for weekend service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analysis preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements for enterprise systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in autonomous weekend work environment
- Experience with healthcare or logistics industries highly desirable
