Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and create detailed process flows and documentation
- Leverage SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to generate actionable insights from large datasets
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage project backlogs
- Mentor junior analysts and share best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirement management tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industries preferred
