- Create comprehensive documentation including process flows and data models

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
