Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Create data models, user stories, and process flows using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
- Document requirements in Confluence and maintain traceability matrices
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful BA projects with measurable outcomes
