Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business needs
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Document requirements in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with healthcare data systems (HIPAA compliance knowledge)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
