Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, data models, and user stories
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI for real-time reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Validate data integrity and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business teams
- Experience documenting requirements using UML or BPMN
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
