Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders across 3 time zones
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to executive leadership weekly
- Lead resource allocation and capacity planning for 15+ team members
- Implement continuous improvement processes for operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams in 24/7 operations
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities for remote stakeholder management
