Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and design efficient workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between technical teams (developers, engineers) and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Data Reporting: Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Testing & Validation: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system flows, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and experience with ERD modeling tools.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
