Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends, identify process improvement opportunities, and support decision-making.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize business workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding system functionality and project timelines.
- Assist in the testing and QA phases to ensure software solutions meet business requirements.
- Document technical specifications and maintain the configuration management database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing projects from initiation through deployment.
