Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Facilitate workshops and JIRA backlog grooming sessions
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst in corporate or consulting environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
