Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to deployment for critical infrastructure upgrades
- Coordinate resources and timelines for cross-functional teams across 3 US time zones
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize sprint planning and risk mitigation
- Generate real-time progress reports for executive stakeholders using Jira and Asana
- Resolve escalations and bottlenecks during overnight operational windows
- Conduct post-mortem analyses and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management with night shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expert proficiency in MS Project, Trello, and resource allocation tools
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software deployments
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure during critical windows
