Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for night-shift operations, ensuring on-time delivery within budget
- Coordinate across global teams across time zones to maintain alignment and communication
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews during night hours
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure quality standards
- Manage project documentation, including scope definitions, change requests, and post-mortems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in night-shift or 24/7 operations
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Asana tools
- Exceptional communication skills with experience bridging global time zones
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
