We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Philadelphia team. Due to rapid project expansion, we are currently in an urgent hiring phase and are looking for a professional who can drive data-driven decision-making and bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth interviews and requirements gathering with stakeholders to define clear business needs and project scope.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
- Develop process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart to visualize system improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and desired future states.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Train end-users on new processes and system functionalities to ensure successful adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with data modeling or process modeling tools is a strong plus.
