Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment across departments
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and documentation for development teams
- Validate solutions through testing and implementation support
- Monitor KPIs and report on project performance to leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries highly valued
