Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across 3 time zones during night shifts
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence tools
- Manage $2M+ project budgets and resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews during night hours
- Generate executive reports on project KPIs and deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record leading night shift operations
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum with enterprise-scale projects
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote team coordination across time zones
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
