Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze operational workflows using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and documentation for development teams
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and continuous feedback loops
- Maintain JIRA backlog and prioritize features using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to define KPIs and success metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects in regulated industries (finance/healthcare)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle)
- Demonstrated success implementing Agile/Scrum frameworks
