Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate requirement workshops
- Support system implementation and user acceptance testing
- Maintain and update business intelligence dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in retail or e-commerce
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
