Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for weekend operational projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems for weekend performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions during weekend shifts
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements using industry-standard tools
- Support weekend system testing, UAT, and implementation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analyst experience with weekend or shift work preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and use case development
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
