Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations and workflows to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Develop detailed process maps, data models, and user stories
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to generate actionable reports
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate solutions and gather feedback
- Support system implementation and provide post-launch support
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive dashboards for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend/shift work preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements documentation and process modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
