Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document detailed requirements and specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain dashboards/reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project goals and deliverables
- Perform data validation and quality assurance for weekend operational datasets
- Develop process flow diagrams and business impact assessments
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in requirements gathering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
