Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles including planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones during night operations
- Implement Agile methodologies to ensure iterative progress and quality delivery
- Monitor project KPIs and provide real-time status updates to stakeholders
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resource constraints
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives for night shift teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing remote and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to thrive in night shift environment with strong time management
