Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business requirements
- Perform gap analysis and propose process optimization solutions
- Develop test cases and validate system changes against business needs
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear visualizations
- Support weekend sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
