Responsibilities
- Analyze weekend operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, documentation, and requirements specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather requirements during weekend shifts
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Support UAT testing and implementation rollouts during weekend hours
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership during handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with healthcare or financial services industry a plus
