Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements for weekend projects.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine the scope of weekend sprints and resource allocation.
- Create detailed documentation, including process maps, data flow diagrams, and requirement specifications.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Partner with IT and QA teams during the testing phase to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and/or Sunday).
