Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process maps for weekend-specific projects
- Create and maintain dashboards to track weekend operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions and validate outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Document system specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support weekend system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend or shift work preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience documenting requirements in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
