Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Develop data models and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Implement and maintain performance metrics tracking systems
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery
- Create detailed documentation for process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
