Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data models, and documentation
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover trends
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Monitor KPIs and create performance dashboards for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift preference
- Expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power/Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced weekend environment
