Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed requirement documents and process flows
- Create data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
- Document system specifications and user stories
- Support weekend system deployments and UAT
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modeling tools
- Strong experience with agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
